5. Philosophy

There are plenty of graduates from philosophy courses that can do more than "just teach". Learning critical thinking skills, thinking outside the box and debating skills are all crucial for a small business owner.

Philosophy gives people a foundation for connecting with others, seeing different perspectives and getting to know what makes people, particularly customers, tick.
